Independently of the topic and scope of your 1-on-1 coaching program, we will invite you to embark on a 4-Step Coaching Journey:

1. Chemistry sessions

1st meeting with your potential coach.
It gives you the opportunity to ‘feel’ the conversation flow and gain better understanding about the coaching process, role of your coach and boundaries for our relationship. We stay open here for any questions you might have. Our approach offers you a strong step of faith as we believe you can access your full potential, and a solid framework to find best solution during our work together.

2. Starting line

This is the phase when you set the goals, and we will challenge them! Finding out what’s the ‘real’ question you are holding, is not easy. We will explore it with you as we believe setting the goals right, gives a strong foundation to the core of your work ahead. We want to make sure, you will be very clear about this, what you would like to achieve.

3. Heart of the 1-on-1’s

This is where the ‘aha’ moments happen! As we progress with the sessions, you will grow consciousness about deeper levels of your relationship to the situation and your goals defined. Understanding your own behaviors and their impact on your current situation brings the realization of some potential skills and capabilities gaps you might need to address to reach your desired outcomes. Changing behaviors requires a deep mindset shift and to be open to do things differently. Our approach allows you to feel safe to explore this core part of the program. It’s very rewarding and exciting for you (and for us!) to see your new paradigms changing, new learnings being deployed and a new sense of accountability emerging and shaping your new reality.

4. Finish line

And even if you have already discovered new perspectives, designed new behaviors and made yourself accountable for the new actions to be taken, there is something special in reflecting on your whole coaching journey. Looking back at your starting line and realizing the progress you made, it’s what brings peace and sense of trust in the bigger purpose of the efforts you made. You will love these sessions. These are the special moments of appreciation of the time taken by yourself to find what really matters to you and what equips you for more fulfilled, confident and more whole You.

1. Preparation

1st meetings with the project sponsors to set up the project for a good start. We believe good preparation makes 50% of the good results. We stay inquisitive and listen carefully to your needs and current context of the project. It’s important for us to understand your organization and what would you like to achieve for your internal clients (teams or students). Our approach offers you sufficient time and safe space to be able to set up your project for success.

2. Kick-off

With clarity about the scope, group of your internal clients and terms of execution, the sponsors initiate the project by inviting all stakeholders involved and share details about the project. This is the critical time for us to guard and support you with the holistic project communication within your organization or school. The way how the project is introduced to your organization might make or break the success of the project. We will prepare for that together and support you with the execution

3. Journey of Growth

This is the heart of the project!
Here, your teams or students step into their individual growth paths to tackle deeper levels of the expected program objectives. Our approach offers a very personal and intimate space for your internal clients. This phase is the core to identify and address possible causes of potential project challenges and to unpack the individual relationships to project goals. Our main aim is to develop a strong sense of accountability of your internal clients and realization of the impact they have on the project objectives. The final sessions of this phase bring clarity and often transformational findings to all project stakeholders.

4. Learnings review

We partner on the growth journey with you moving ahead. After the program, we stay connected with your organization and your internal clients. This is your celebration and appraciation time. We believe reflecting on your internal clients growth is not only a great amount of value for your teams or students but a wonderful tool to communicate your success stories to the whole organization and a wider stakeholders circle.
