Magdalena Radzka

Founder & CEO

With more than 20 years of corporate experience across Europe, Middle East and US, Magdalena is Founder and CEO of Inclusive Leader, platform providing coaching, training and strategy solutions to individuals and organizations.

Throughout her career Magdalena was passionate about growing businesses by growing and inspiring people. She held several managerial positions in learning, talent and career development in corporate banking and business education in Poland, United Arab Emirates and Switzerland. Starting her entrepreneurial path, Magdalena moved to HR consulting in Diversity and Inclusion field and strategy planning and development. She managed several international expansion projects, both as representative of Polish government agency (PAIH) as well as collaborating with partners in Poland and in GCC countries.

Magdalena holds master’s degree in economics from Westfälische Wilhelms Universität Münster, Germany and MBA from Hult International Business School Dubai, UAE and Boston, US. She acquired double coaching credentials: ICF (ACC) and EMCC (Senior Practitioner) and served as ICF UAE Chapter Board Member in 2018-2019.
